Keith Carlson
Executive Director

Noblesville, Indiana – The GCC Foundation is pleased to announce the selection of Keith Carlson as its new executive director. The GCC Foundation Board of Directors selected Carlson during a recent search led by a team of current Board and Committee members. GCC Foundation Chairman Greg Guevara coordinated the search.

With generous support of donors, the GCC Foundation recently completed funding a successful building campaign to expand the footprint of the Grace Care Center at the 146th Street campus of Grace Church in Noblesville. The church is renovating their existing gym into a community center capable of impacting over 1,000 families per week through the Care Center’s multiple community ministries. The GCC Foundation anticipates that Carlson will leverage this achievement to help the Care Center expand its services to even more Hamilton County and Marion County residents.

“We are thrilled to have Keith stepping into the role of Executive Director of the GCC Foundation,” says Greg Guevara, Chairman of the GCC Foundation Board of Directors.  “Keith was instrumental in launching and developing the Grace Care Center and has served on the board of the Foundation since its inception. He brings a combination of passion for the Grace Care Center, proven leadership, and connectivity to the care community. We are impressed with his extensive knowledge of the community, his work in overseeing church planting, missions work, and pastoral care at Grace Church, and his strong management skills. We expect Keith to share his skills and passion to serve the needs of the GCC Foundation and to work with partners and funders to help expand the Care Center’s programs to our community.”

Keith Carlson joins the GCC Foundation after 19 years as Pastor of Outreach and Multiplication at Grace Church, where he worked with vision and strategic planning to open the Grace Care Center in 2012, led ministry teams, and coached pastors and staff resulting in new church plants and ministries around the world.

“I am thrilled to share the impact of the Care Center in our local community and share the stories of lives that have been changed. Hope and change are still possible today. I look forward to building on the success we have already seen through both the GCC Foundation and the Grace Care Center,” Carlson said.

As a nonprofit organization created to connect people and resources to the Grace Care Center, the GCC Foundation exists to instill hope, dignity and sustainable change for all people, while transforming the lives of those who give and serve.
