A Winning Partnership: Grace Care Center & the Indiana Mad Ants
At Grace Care Center, we know that real change happens when people come together. This week, we saw that in action with our friends at the Indiana Mad Ants. As the team prepares to make Noblesville their new home, they showed up in a big way for our community.
On Monday, March 17, Grace Care Center hosted Indiana Mad Ants forward (and Purdue alum!) Dakota Mathias, who presented a team-signed jersey from December’s Dino Night promotion. That night, the Mad Ants played in custom dinosaur-themed jerseys to support Grace Care Center, raising over $3,000 through a post-game auction.
But Dakota didn’t just drop off a jersey and call it a day. He and his wife, Gabby, stayed, rolled up their sleeves, and jumped right in -volunteering alongside many others in the Choice Food Pantry.
Grace Care Center isn’t just a food pantry. It's a place where dignity, community, and support come together to help people move forward. As the largest food pantry in suburban Indianapolis, we do more than provide groceries. Through programs like interest-free loans, transportation services, and language assistance, we walk alongside families as they work toward long-term financial stability.
We are grateful to the Indiana Mad Ants for their generosity, their time, and their commitment to making a difference in Noblesville. As they gear up to bring professional basketball to Noblesville next fall, we’re excited to see how this partnership continues to grow. Thank You, Mad Ants!
